			Benefit Details

1. Always carry your membership card with you when traveling 100 or more miles away from hour home residence or country.

2. If you have a medical or travel problem wile traveling in the United States call toll-free 866-215-1376.  If you are traveling internationally, call the Travel Assist coordination center collect at 410-257-9507. 

3. If the condition is an emergency, you should immediately go to the nearest physician or hospital without delay and then contact Worldwide Travel Assist.  A coordinator will ask for your name, membership number, group number and a description of the situation.
